Equomino: Daily Math Domino Puzzles

Equomino is Anagrama’s daily math-domino puzzle, originally released as Mathagram. It brings mathematical thinking to the same pick-up-and-play format as our word games.

Equomino presents a grid of numbered cells grouped by color. Each group has a target value. Your job is to place domino tiles — each containing two numbers and a math operator — onto the grid so that every group reaches its target.

How It Works

Each puzzle gives you a set of domino tiles and a grid. Every domino has two numbers with an operator between them (such as 3 + 5 or 8 ÷ 2). You drag dominoes onto pairs of adjacent cells on the grid. When a domino is placed, its two numbers fill those cells and the operator determines how they contribute to the group's running total.

Dominoes can be rotated — this matters for subtraction and division where order changes the result. The puzzle is solved when every group's cells sum to exactly its target value.

Difficulty Levels

Equomino has four difficulty levels, each with a fresh daily puzzle:

• Easy. Smaller grids with addition only. A good starting point for players new to the format.
• Medium. Larger grids using addition and subtraction. Requires more careful placement.
• Hard. Full-size grids with all four operators: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Extreme. Same operators as Hard, but with overlapping groups — cells that belong to multiple groups simultaneously. The hardest challenge Equomino offers.

Daily Puzzles

New puzzles are generated every day at midnight Eastern Time. All players receive the same puzzle for each difficulty level on a given day, so you can compare your approach with friends.

Progress is saved automatically. If you sign in, your stats sync across devices.
