Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms for you. You must provide accurate information, protect access to your account, and notify us if you believe it has been compromised.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Usernames, profile images, and other public profile information must not impersonate others, infringe rights, or contain abusive or unlawful material.

Using Anagrama

Anagrama provides games, social and multiplayer features, leaderboards, subscriptions, developer features, and related services. Some features require an account, an eligible plan, or a supported device and connection. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features over time.

You may use Anagrama for lawful personal or authorized business purposes. You may not:

• Cheat, automate play, manipulate scores or ratings, exploit errors, collude, or otherwise interfere with fair competition.
• Access another person's account or restricted parts of the service without permission.
• Disrupt, overload, damage, probe, scrape, or bypass protections on the service.
• Use the service to harass, threaten, deceive, spam, or violate another person's rights.
• Copy, resell, or commercially exploit the service or its content except where we have given permission.
• Use developer credentials outside their intended purpose or ignore published limits and requirements.

We may remove scores, adjust ratings, restrict features, or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect fair play, users, or the service.

Public and submitted content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Anagrama a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, modify for formatting, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, improve, promote, and protect the service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except where a copy must be retained for legal, safety, backup, or service-integrity reasons.

Do not submit content you do not have the right to use. Public content may be visible to other people and may be copied by them, so avoid posting sensitive information.

Paid services

Prices, included features, billing intervals, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel through account settings; access generally continues through the end of the paid period.

Taxes may apply. Refunds are handled according to the offer shown at purchase, our posted policy, and applicable law. We may change prices or plan features, with advance notice when required before a future renewal.

Developer features

If you use an Anagrama API or developer tool, keep credentials secure, follow the documentation and usage limits, and use obtained data lawfully. You may not use developer features to undermine fair play, expose personal information, reproduce protected content in bulk, or build a substantially competing service without permission. We may change or revoke developer access when reasonably necessary.

Our content and rights

Anagrama and its licensors own the service, software, designs, branding, game content, and other materials we provide, except for content owned by users or third parties. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service as intended; they do not transfer ownership or trademark rights.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Anagrama or delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if you materially or repeatedly violate these terms, create risk or harm, fail to pay amounts due, or if required by law. Where appropriate, we will give notice or a chance to appeal through Support.

Service availability and disclaimers

We work to keep Anagrama reliable, but the service may sometimes be unavailable, delayed, changed, or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, Anagrama is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these terms limits warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limits on liability

To the extent permitted by law, Anagrama will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including certain consumer protections and liability caused by fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury where applicable.

Applicable law

Applicable law governs these terms and any dispute relating to the service. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited where you live.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service or law changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice of material changes when required. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
